What if a wheel breaks?
Wheels are modular; spare kits and a replacement guide are provided — a ten-minute DIY job. Volume orders ship with spares.
Is it cabin-approved?
Models under 20 inches meet most airline cabin limits; for check-in choose an IP67 sealed model with a TSA lock.
How are display inserts customized?
Send your sample list and dimensions (or samples). We design the cutout layout and display angles, confirm a 3D render, then produce.
Minimum for corporate customization?
Logo printing on standard colors from 100 pcs; dedicated corporate-color molding from 500 pcs; with custom interiors we suggest 300+ pcs for cost efficiency.
How is this different from luggage?
Entirely different structure: 150 kg static load, optional IP67 sealing and equipment-specific interiors — this is equipment-grade protection, not clothing storage.
Do the handle and wheels fail easily?
Handles and casters are the main wear items on any hard case. We use three-stage aluminum handles and twin-row quiet PU wheels, tested to 5,000-plus extension cycles and loaded rolling respectively. Both are field-replaceable and spare kits can ship with the order, so a worn part never scraps the case.
Can a wheeled case still be IP67 sealed?
Yes. Wheels and handle mount externally to a reinforced base using threaded inserts, so the sealed cavity is never breached and the rating matches the equivalent wheel-less model. Mounting areas are locally reinforced to prevent cracking at load points.
How much can a trolley case carry, and is it easy to pull?
We recommend a loaded weight below 35–45 kg. Larger wheel diameter and longer wheelbase make towing easier; for routes with steps, choose oversized all-terrain wheels or a version with auxiliary handles for two-person lifting.
Which case suits trade show use?
Trade shows mean frequent handling plus brand presence, so a wheeled trolley case with customized appearance (silk-printed logo, corporate colors) and adjustable internal dividers works best — easy for one person to move and usable as an on-stand equipment cabinet.
Can you supply nested sets in three sizes?
Yes. We offer same-series size sets whose shells stack and lock together with clips so one person tows several at once. Matching colors and nameplates give teams consistent equipment management and presentation.
Will airline handling snap the telescoping handle?
Not in normal service. The handle sits in a recessed channel so it never protrudes above the shell face when retracted and cannot take direct crushing load. We also recommend locking the latches and applying a fragile label when checking the case.
