Can you cut foam for our exact drone model?
Yes. Mainstream platforms are in our insert database; for others we 3D-scan the aircraft and CNC-cut a dedicated EVA layout for the airframe, props, gimbal, batteries and controller.
How do your battery cases manage LiPo risk?
Flame-retardant compartments, isolated cells and pressure-relief venting contain a thermal-runaway event to a single battery. We also recommend storage-charge levels per air-transport rules.
Do you have backpack-style options?
Yes — hard-shell backpacks around the 2 kg class for FPV and light mapping drones, balancing protection with mobility.
How does OEM co-packing work?
We lock the insert and shell for your model, sign an annual framework, and deliver in batches synchronized with your production line, in neutral or branded packaging.
What is different about ROV cases?
Underwater ROV cases emphasize salt-fog corrosion resistance and drainage, using rotomolded PE or thickened shells with stainless hardware.
Can I fly with lithium batteries inside a drone case?
Lithium batteries are regulated air cargo; whether they can be checked depends on watt-hour rating and the airline's policy, not on the case. We supply cases with isolated battery compartments, flame-retardant EVA lining and anti-short-circuit dividers to help you meet transport rules, but final clearance rests with the carrier.
Do you already have foam inserts for popular drone models?
Yes. We maintain a foam database for mainstream survey, agricultural and inspection platforms and can reuse the cutting data directly. For non-standard or modified airframes we offer 3D scanning and modeling so props, gimbal and batteries each get a dedicated pocket.
How many batteries and controllers fit inside?
A typical inspection-drone case holds one airframe, four to six intelligent batteries, one controller and a charging hub. Agricultural platforms are larger, so the airframe usually travels de-propped in its own case with batteries in a dedicated battery case. Layout is customized to the model and workflow.
What is the difference between EVA and EPE foam?
EVA is dense, resilient and can be precision-cut; it does not collapse over years of use, which suits precision, high-value gear. EPE (pearl cotton) is cheaper, cushions less and compresses permanently, so it fits low-value temporary protection. For drones and gimbals we recommend EVA or an EVA-plus-foam composite.
Will the case survive airline baggage handling?
Yes. Our drone cases use one-piece molded shells with reinforced corners and pass 1.2 m drop and stacking tests. For frequent check-in we also recommend thicker EVA inserts and the aluminum-trim version to resist edge abrasion.
Can you print our company logo and asset numbers?
Yes — silk printing, laser engraving, UV printing and molded nameplates are all available. We can also apply sequential fleet numbers, QR asset tags and color coding so field crews identify and audit units quickly.
