Foam layout tips

Best practice foam layout: (1) Top layer (lift-out): small accessories like batteries, SD cards, cables. (2) Middle layer (main): main equipment in CNC pockets. (3) Bottom layer (deep): heavy items, chargers, larger accessories. Total foam thickness: 60-100mm depending on case depth. For high-value equipment, add anti-static foam. For marine use, add closed-cell foam (doesn't absorb water).
