What Mil-Std standards do the cases meet?
All military cases meet Mil-Std-810 (environmental testing, including drop, vibration, immersion, temperature), Mil-Std-461 (EMC for tactical electronics), and Mil-Std-130 (marking and labeling). Selected cases also meet Mil-Std-464 (EMC), Mil-Std-167 (vibration), and Mil-Std-901 (shock).
Are the cases EMP-shielded?
Optional. We offer EMP-shielded cases with copper-nickel mesh, tin-plated exterior, and conductive gaskets. 60-80 dB attenuation across 14 kHz to 18 GHz. Used for tactical radios, GPS units, and cryptographic equipment (NSA TEMPEST-compliant available).
What weapons can the foam hold?
Foam secures rifles (M4, M16, AR-15, AK-47, M24 SWS, M40, M110, Mk 13, SCAR-HK416, M27 IAR), pistols (M9, M17, M1911, Glock, Sig Sauer), and shotguns (M590, M870, M1014). Foam also fits magazines, optics, and accessories. Trigger locks included for compliance.
What color options are available?
Standard military colors: Black (FED-STD-595 37030), OD Green (FED-STD-595 34094), Tan (FED-STD-595 33446, 686), Gray (FED-STD-595 26273, 36375), White (FED-STD-595 37875). Custom CARC (Chemical Agent Resistant Coating) paint available for OEM/ODM.
Can the cases integrate with MOLLE/PALS webbing?
Yes. We offer MOLLE-compatible back panels (compatible with all standard PALS webbing: 1" webbing, 1.5" row spacing). Cases can attach to plate carriers, backpacks, and tactical vests. Heavy-duty 1000D Cordura MOLLE panels standard.
What is the operational temperature range?
Standard cases: -40°C to +80°C. Arctic-grade: -55°C to +80°C. Desert-grade: -40°C to +95°C. Special foam formulations prevent brittleness at low temps and outgassing at high temps. Tested per Mil-Std-810 Method 501/502.
Do you have cases for night vision devices?
Yes. We have layouts for PVS-14, PVS-31, PVS-7, GPNVG-18, and DTNVS night vision devices. Foam protects sensitive optics and image intensifier tubes with closed-cell PE anti-static foam. Optional desiccant packs prevent lens fogging.
What about cases for UAVs and tactical drones?
Yes. We have layouts for Black Hornet, Puma, Raven, Switchblade, and other tactical UAVs. Foam secures airframe, ground station, controller, batteries, and payload. Tested to 5G shock for parachute drop systems and airdrop delivery.
Do you make cases for tactical electronics and radios?
Yes. Foam secures tactical radios (AN/PRC-152, AN/PRC-155, AN/PRC-163, Harris Falcon, Thales AN/PRC-148), GPS units, satellite terminals, and command-and-control systems. EMI/RFI shielding available for classified communications.
Can the cases be field-repaired?
Yes. We supply field repair kits including spare latches, hinges, O-rings, pull handles, and shell repair rods. Field repair takes 5-10 minutes. We also offer lifetime technical support and depot-level RMA service.
Do the cases have tamper-evident seals?
Yes. We offer tamper-evident security seals (numbered, with barcode/RFID tracking). Each case has a documented chain-of-custody log. Seals are required for classified equipment, weapons, and controlled substances.
What is the warranty?
10 years on case shell (extreme-duty Mil-Spec), 5 years on hardware, 2 years on foam. Lifetime technical support. For military contracts, we offer extended warranty and depot-level support. Mean time between failures (MTBF): 50,000+ hours.
