Bavarian Police needed a rugged case for body camera (Axon Body 3) and accessories — battery packs, mounting clips, USB cables, evidence tagging equipment. Used daily by 2,000 officers across 25 precincts. Required MIL-SPEC drop, IP67 rain resistance, and German DSGVO compliance for evidence chain-of-custody. Existing Pelican cases were too bulky and had no DSGVO tracking label.
