Challenges

Sensitive electronic diagnostic equipment (oscilloscopes, thermal imagers, vibration analyzers) needed IP65+ protection for outdoor power plant environments. Existing hard cases were too heavy (5kg+) for field engineers to carry daily.

Solution

We provided 200 custom foam-lined trolley cases (530x400x250mm PP) with anti-static foam, custom compartments for Fluke thermal imagers, Fluke vibration analyzers, and Keysight oscilloscopes. TSA locks for site security, replaceable gaskets, and glove-friendly latches.
